Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of subscription-based products, services, or content (“Services”). By subscribing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Subscription Term
Subscriptions begin on the date payment is received and continue on a recurring basis (such as monthly, quarterly, or annually) until canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Billing and Payment
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and ensuring sufficient funds for each payment period.
3. Price Changes
Subscription fees may change at any time. Notice of any price changes will be provided before the new rate takes effect on the next billing cycle.
4. Account Access
Subscriptions are for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of content may result in termination without refund.
5. Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis only in instances of billing errors or unauthorized charges.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for misuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent activity. Termination does not entitle the subscriber to a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services is owned or licensed and may not be copied, distributed, or used beyond the scope of personal access granted by the subscription.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. No guarantees of results, performance, or outcomes are made.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws and jurisdiction applicable in the location of the Service provider, without regard to conflict of law principles.
